Light duty racking: The load capacity of each layer of the unit layer is not more than 200kg, and the total load is generally not more than 2000kg. The depth is not more than 1m (mostly within 0.6m), and the height is generally within 3m. It is mainly suitable for storing light and small items. The common one is the angle steel shelf structure, which is light and beautiful in appearance.

If the span of each layer of racking is within 3m, the depth is within 1.2m, and the height is not limited, and it is usually combined with heavy duty pallet racking. Some are usually pallet racks, which are accessed using forklifts. It is mainly used in some situations that require both full pallet storage and zero storage and zero retrieval. It is more common in large storage logistics centers and supermarkets.

Medium duty racking: If the span of each layer is less than 2m, and the layer load is less than 500kg, it is recommended to choose a medium duty racking without beams. Compared with medium duty racking with beam, it has more room for adjustment of layer spacing, more stable and beautiful,  more suitable for warehouses with higher cleanliness requirements.Medium duty racks have stronger industrial characteristics and are more suitable for storing metal structure products. In a word, Medium duty racks are widely used in all walks of life.
